進口氣動法蘭角座閥工作原理 working principle

1.單作用：由一個二位三通電磁閥控制。導向介質壓力進入執行器，作用于活塞，使閥芯穿梭于閥腔中實現打開或關閉閥門。閥芯復位通常是借助于氣動執行器中的彈回彈簧來完成。Single acting: controlled by a two position three-way solenoid valve. The pressure of guiding medium enters the actuator and acts on the piston to make the valve core shuttle in the valve chamber to open or close the valve. The valve element reset is usually completed by means of the spring in the pneumatic actuator.

雙向常閉（N.C.）Two way normally closed (N.C.)介質從閥芯下方流入，可避免水錘作用。介質在閥芯上方流入，將受到水錘擠壓;The medium flows under the valve core to avoid the action of water hammer. If the medium flows above the valve core, it will be squeezed by water hammer;

常閉型（N.C.）介質從閥芯上方流入，介質從閥芯上方流入會造成"水錘"效應Normally closed (N.C.) medium flows from above the valve core, which will cause "water hammer" effect

常開型（N.O.）介質從閥芯下方流入Normally open (N.O.) medium flows from below the valve core

2.雙作用：配置的閥門中，沒有彈回彈簧，導向介質既用來打開閥門，也用來關閉閥門。
