CTB III不銹鋼增安防爆箱系列
CTB系列是基于"ATEX"、"IECEx"和"GB"防爆認證的箱體解決方案，完全符合上述標準對抗沖擊、散熱及IP防護等*的要求。CTB系列有46種尺寸和多種配置可選。我們可根據客戶需求提供和裝配諸如電纜戈蘭、呼吸閥、堵頭等服務配件。
CTB系列產品使用高質量的材料和優化的結構設計，將會成為儀表和電氣應用領域的代表產品。1/4轉緊固鎖或松不脫設計的不銹鋼六角頭開槽螺栓緊固件是箱體實現IP防護等*(IP66/67)的有效*證。外殼安裝四個3mm厚的表面焊接式不銹鋼掛耳，頂部為掛鉤式，底部為環耳式。 為客戶提供了一個快速安全可靠的機柜安裝方式。

304不銹鋼(1.4301根據EN10088標準)，機械拋光或電化學拋光

密封圈材料：標配EPDM密封圈，硅橡膠密封圈可選
蓋子固定：不銹鋼六角松不脫緊固螺釘或1/4轉鎖(可選)(轉鎖材料鋅合金鍍鉻或316L不銹鋼) 不銹鋼焊接鉸鏈 蓋子選裝：掛鎖搭扣  殼體厚度： 默認1.5mm，可選2mm 殼體安裝 4個外部掛耳
殼體內部設備安裝：箱體內部螺柱或TS20導軌，并安裝TS35導軌
可拆卸式3mm戈蘭板：CTB121209, CTB151510無戈蘭板，其余0至4塊可選 箱體接地 M6/M10接地螺栓，不銹鋼/黃銅可選 IP等* IP66

The STB Series of enclosures are designed to meet the requirement for distribution and lighting junction boxes.

Available in 13 sizes with standard finishes of painted or 316L stainless steel, together with the high IP rating, make these enclosures suitable for all environmental conditions
The stainless steel versions are particularly recommended for use in marine or other corrosive environments.
