為了*證爆列效果，要求爆列管中充裝的是液體二氧化碳，而且液態二氧化碳所  占有的體積不小于97%。這樣的前提下。充裝二氧化碳必須是在常壓、低溫（-37℃）或常溫 （25℃）、高壓25MPa以上完成。一種二 氧化碳致裂器集成移動工作站及充裝、檢修方法，其所公開的充裝機構包括依次連接的空  壓機、輸氣管、氣動增壓泵、輸液管、快速接頭，氣動增壓泵通過進出液管與儲液罐連接；由  于采用空壓機提供動力并通過氣動增壓泵向二氧化碳致裂器內充裝液態二氧化碳使得充  裝時壓力不夠導致二氧化碳致裂器內沒有足量的液態二氧化碳，將會大影響爆破效果。  

發明內容  

本實用新型要解決的技術問題是提供一種二氧化碳致裂器充裝機，通過液壓油缸  提供動力、并專門設計了泵體和柱塞，能夠向二氧化碳致裂器內充裝足量的液態二氧化碳，  *證爆破效果。

為解決上述技術問題，本實用新型采用的技術方案是：一種二氧化碳致裂器充裝  機，包括充裝機架、設置在充裝機架上的致裂器固定組件、液態二氧化碳充裝組件及配套的  管路組件和控制箱，關鍵在于：所述液態二氧化碳充裝組件包括具有進液口和出液口的泵  體、進液單向閥、出液單向閥、位于泵體內的柱塞、活塞桿伸入泵體內并與柱塞相連的液壓  油缸，沿所述柱塞軸向設有貫穿柱塞的中空腔，所述進液單向閥設于中空腔內，所述出液單  向閥固定于出液口，沿柱塞徑向設有與中空腔相通的中間進液口。  

本實用新型的有益技術效果是：1、通過采用液壓驅動的方式帶動柱塞往復運動， 實現對二氧化碳致裂器充裝液態二氧化碳，能夠為致裂器充裝足量液態二氧化碳，*證爆  破效果；2、泵體內設有低壓儲液部分和高壓儲液部分，低壓儲液部分*證泵體的工作溫度  并與環形氣體收集腔連通，通過泄氣閥及時排出氣化的液態二氧化碳，高壓儲液部分在液  壓油缸的驅動下被壓縮進入二氧化碳致裂器；3、二氧化碳致裂器一端通過壓緊組件與充液 接頭壓緊、另一端通過支撐組件實現浮動支撐，整個致裂器固定組件結構簡單、便于致裂器  的固定、充液和換裝。
