主要機構性能：
1、整臺機器按照高要求，可靠性功能而設計制造，整機操作人性化設計，能在短時間內進行設定、修正、執行、更換、記憶功能，并以精確數據顯示。
2、所有傳動輥材質均為優質鋼，鍍硬鉻，表面研磨。
3、傳動齒輪采用優質合金鋼，經熱處理，研磨而成。
4、主要傳動軸采用免鍵連接，減少連接間隙，*保*印刷套印精度。
5、機油自動平衡裝置，保持各單元油面平衡。
6、整機采用PLC控制，具有歸零，記憶等功能。(可選用PLC結合觸摸屏控制)
7、前緣式進紙方式。
8、網輥，可選用金屬網輥或陶瓷網紋輥，網輥線數可根據用戶要求選擇。
