JTMB-1200型燃煤半自動油炸機

本機主體使用SUS304不銹鋼制作。

采用油水混合的工藝，炸制過程中所產生的殘渣自動沉入水中，通過排污閥排除，從而清除了傳統油炸機的殘渣在鍋內反復油炸所造成的炸油發黑現象，從而降低油耗保持油面清潔，油不碳化、不酸化、無廢油產生。

燃燒室、引風機、煙囪置于生產車間外部，安全環保，不影響車間內衛生。

本機通過儀表溫度對引風機的控制，可實現自動控溫。
