③自動過濾：油水分離油炸工藝能使炸制過程中食品中所產生的殘渣自動過濾到水中，*保*了油面的清潔，延長了產品的保質期。
④油炸機機體與燃燒室、引風機、煙囪完全隔開，不影響車間內衛生。
